24k dps seems perfectly fine, seeing as you're using increased AoE gem. The 50k tooltip comes from the double legacy BoR and concentrated effect gem.

Maybe it´s a noob´s question but...it´s the same...1% of physical attack dmg leeched as life and 1% of physical dmg leeched as life?

The physical damage leech applies to both spells and attacks. The phys attack damage leech applies only to attacks.
