RT = Need a buff.

Anyone else think that RT need's a nice buff to help counter the massive amount of crit based builds ?

I for wouls love to see it have more added % dmg for it .

I think having something like: elemental damage has a 25% chance to cause status effects, physical damage has a 25% to cause a bleeding effect.

Not only would that add extra damage, but mitigates one of the major downsides of non-crit builds.
Just don't give it crits and I don't care what else you do with it.

Then you could just do crit and take the new improved dmg clusters, there are so many accuracy nodes in the tree now that it is no problem getting 30-40% from 3 points :)
