Yes. If u wanna use PTL(physical to lightning), WED is better than PPAD.

Really? I though PPAD would be better since PTL scales off of phys damage.
Would you be so kind to post stats with either setup?
And what do you think is the most efficient one?

But i don't recommand u use PTL anyway. It makes u glass cannon.
I think TS / GMP / Fast A. / Added fire / PCOC / ICD is best for safety.

You would get 85% reduction with topaz, have less damage peaks without ICD and less phys damage. Where am I wrong?

PTL makes less phy damage and less life leech amount (almost 50%). PHy ref is fine but might get probs in Ele ref.
Cuz life leech is based on Phy damage. If u use life leech gem instead of WED, would be fine in Ref(ele ref)
But i don't wanna loose any DPS from gem setup.

Probably the most fun I've had with a build in a long time.
Blasting through reflect maps with high dps like its nothing is awesome.
My gear is far from perfect (only endgame item I have is the Glyph Mark) and survivability is still amazing.
