Will POE ever make it to console minus the Disconnect/DeSync and laggy issue?

it will never happen, and it can never happen. Consoles can't handle the goodness that is a game like PoE. If you want to play on a console play D3. And burn your PC.

But for console users this game would have to be even more dumbed down, like no passive skill tree and idk, diablo3 it i guess.

POE and desync belong together, thats why you dont get a desync free console version or a stand alone PC version.
Also, consoles suck and are just money brags. |
