Watching the top video will give you a feel for the spec and answer a lot of questions. I recommend doing so first.

Try to use foils as they have the largest AoE range for cyclone. Try to get crit on those foils, the more the better.
Abyssus boosts your dps by crazy amounts so if you choose not to use it your dps will be about half.
The chest slot is pretty open for choice. A belly of the beast adds about 600 life at my level and the 20% aoe from carcass jack isn't completely essential. A good EV chest could help fill resists and let you use Maligaros. A Daresso's Defiance could be a good choice too.

For a 4L I went with Blood Magic > Cyclone > Melee Phys > Faster Attacks. When I used a 5L I added crit damage (I was using a 4L up until maybe 82). I haven't tested a 6th link yet but I imagine I'd leave it for a blue gem. Inc AoE or PCoC for map clearing and swapping in Conc Effect on serious targets. Other options could be added fire, life leech, life on hit, added lightning.

Running 3 auras (Grace, Hatred, Herald of Ash). You need 4% reserve talent from passive tree to run all 3 with a high level reduced mana. Or if you're REALLY keen you can get a lvl 21 reduced mana and +1 boots. A lvl 22 reduced mana should let you run the 3 auras without any passive investment.

Mostly running everywhere but have Whirling blades linked to BM and faster attacks for when run flask is down.

Using Vaal haste with increased duration for boss fights or larger packs etc. Assassin's mark as the curse for more crit goodness and getting some power charges. Power charges aren't as big a deal for sword crit specs because they add less than they would for dagger/swords. Still a nice boost.

Passive Tree at 89

Bandits are: Oak, Oak, Oak. They're all pretty debatable though so don't take them as law. Think about what you'd like.

not sure whats the points of using carcass jack, the aoe is so tiny even with rapiers i dont think its worth it

i would use lightning coil or just a high eva chest for more evasion

is 2% leech really enough to sustain cyclone with BM?

Nice build!

I'm thinking about using queen of the forest chest so you can have high amount of evasion, and maybe the unique dreamfeather sword.

Yea 2% is plenty, I have 4 though because I have 2 on gloves as well. Usually just pot to cover big hits or rough damage.

As I said there's plenty of options for a chest piece and I went with Carcass Jack because it provides a decent bit of evasion, some life, some resists and gives you that aoe damage/area for a bit of a better feel. I'm hesitant to go lightning coil because I was struggling to cap my resists. If I went Coil I'd probably be dropping herald of ash and running purity of lightning.

I just can't see that sword doing good enough damage. It doesn't have any crit and has pretty low phys. Attack speed only does so much.

I'm currently running a FB Cyclone Marauder, and Meginords is insane for that build,
would it be viable for this?

Yeah I found the problem of low crit too. Maybe it is a weapon designed for elemental attacks like buzzsaw or ele cyclone. I'm not sure how the increased attack damage works, maybe it works like increased spell damage.

Imo, cyclone is the best skill to use with dreamfeather, but this dreamfeather is definitely not the Bis for cyclone :/

Meginords is great for leveling and I used it for quite a while. At a certain point though it's no longer worth wearing over a good rare Rustic. Meginords right now gives me about 200 dps more on cyclone but less life and resists. I need my belt slot for resists so I easily go for a Rustic.

Thanks for posting this build. Just last night I started planning a dual sword crit Cleave blender so this guide is very timely and has given me some ideas.

With coil, could you focus less on EV and rely on dodge + coil + cwdt to mitigate phys? I was thinking of running coil + acro with hatred, PoL and HoA, without grace. I wouldn't pick up much EV or Ondar's.
