Does EE proc on HIT or on DAMAGE?
If damage, you'd need to use a trap to proc it, as Ancestral bond means our selfcast spells would do nothing. |

Unclear, the wiki says on hit but a few reddit threads say damage only. Would be curious on other ways to proc ee

At which level should I take Ancestral bond? Should I wait for a higher level or take it as soon as I can. Or do I have to have, for example, greater multiple projectiles before I spec this skill?

How do you get Flame Totem on this build? I don't see it anywhere

I believe act 1 cruel quest gives flame totem, if that was what you were asking.
