It doesn't need End charges to fire off for the base duration? The skill reads like it needs charges to work.

It has a base duration, regardless of how many charges you may (or may not) have.

You don't get very much duration without charges, but that's not what Rangers use it for. Rangers use it to avoid damage spikes, and as part of a layered defense. The goal of using Immortal Call isn't to allow you to tank stuff, it's to give you enough time to realize that you need to move. To smooth out the incoming damage so that you can deal with it via leeching or flasks.
'A Balrog,' muttered Gandalf. 'Now I understand.' He faltered and leaned heavily on his staff. 'What an evil fortune! And I am already weary.'

Ah, that makes sense, thanks
Can someone give some tips on improving my build? I just hit maps and I can do T1 and T2 easy enough, but trash still takes longer to clear than I feel like it should and I usually die to the bosses at least once.

I know currently am sitting at 3.7k hp. I know I probably need some more crit chance (currenly about 24% with golem up) but I'm not sure where else to start increasing both damage and survivability without it starting to cost way more than I have.

Can someone provide some advice on gem links? I'm running Lightning Arrow and Barrage. I definitely feel like Mirage Archer is good on lightning arrow. What gem would you get rid of to make room for Mirage Archer? As for barrage, I'm not so sure that Mirage Archer works there. Does anyone feel it does? If you do, what gem would you get rid of to make room?

Well, ultimately, you want more life than that. Those boots you've got are nice, but they don't have any movement speed on them. I'd probably suggest using Assassin's Mark over Warlords. But ... overall, your gear is pretty good, so ... I don't think I can offer too much helpful advice.

I'd swap out those two 4% life nodes in the Thick Skin section and take the two 4% Life/8% Evasion nodes up near Revenge of the Hunted instead. You can do that by going along the top of the Thick Skin node instead of coming up from below.

You want Fury Bolts, you want Golem's BLood. You want those two 5% life nodes on the far sides of both Golem's Blood and Bravery. Sniper, Coldhearted Calculation and Forces of Nature would all be good too. But ... you're just going to need more points for that, and for that you need to level more.

Oh, and do the Lab again, get Way of the Poacher. That'll help some.

Beyond that, I'm not sure what else to suggest.

We really need to see your character to be able to offer any on-point advice.

Go to the Home button, then to My Account. Then, over on the right get Privacy Settings, and un-hide your characters. That'll let us see what you're working with.

Hi guys)

I have a problem with my gear:
#1. I have only 5000 life, it's very low for t16+ and Shaper, I don't want use Kaom (I like Evasion base), is there another way to increase life?
#2. I hated Blood Rage, but another way for Frenzy charge i don't find, I like Pathfinder, and i don't want make Rayder. I don't want use Ice Bit because it flat damage.
#3. Do I need to use Life leech on passive three, if I use Legacy Vinktar?

DPS (Tornado Shot) = 465k
DPS (Barrage) = 3m77k
Life = 5066
Evasion = 51%
Movement Speed = 190%

I'd say this is key. I'd always take Way of the Poacher first.

The nodes buffing Frenzy stuff are pretty much wasted until you have a reliable source of charges.
This build is by far my favourite, Thank you!
