I want to be able to break the absolute limit of Puncture, and Ice Shot Prolif. Any suggestions are appreciate it. Get a three dragons with hatred corruption, run Reduced mana, elemental prolif, hoa and increased burning damage. you lose about 3% ice conversion from physical and it's like a 400dps lost for 60% increased burning damage from overkill damage, howver it will be hard to roll RRRB on a EV/ES helm. Get 1% cold damage leech on your volls for extra opness i came up with a build for 1.3, once i finalize ill post edit, in all seriousness voll's is imo is pretty useless for the build, the innate endurance charges does really nothing at all, a lvl 4 EC is enough to get full charges when you need it. drop it for a good legacy crit amulet, this will be much more important as 1.3 kicks the bucket for passive tree multiplier. Yo! Will this build be updated for the upcoming Patch? If so, I'd start gathering the items i would need since i got a lvl 83 shadow pretty much naked.
