36 block vs 37 block (ok) 42% cast speed vs 6% cast speed (terrible) 64% maximum mana vs 0% maximum mana (terrible) 100% mana regen vs 40% mana regen (terrible) 60% total spell elemental dmg vs 0% (terrible) 163% life vs 123% life (a bit worse) etc etc etc I think max block incinerate just can't be done anymore. :\ | |

I'm playing similar build and new tree doesn't look that bad. Trade block passives for more life and a lot more offense. Block cap is still achievable with Rumi's Concoction.

Are we gonna get screwed when 1.3 is released Are we gonna buy different gear and stuff???? Or is this also viable for 1.3 |

" your build has 123% increased life, which makes it really low for hardcore. and to get the max block as you achieved in that tree there is a lot of wasted points, mostly from the duelist side, because are all intended for melee skills. I think is going to be better to stick with witch and have like 50% block/spell block. just my opinion. | |

Personally, I think they are just going to lower the cap to 50% and if so, you could drop the whole right side of the tree and do the following instead while wearing a 4% block lazhwar.

I assume they don't want you to be 75/75 anymore, more or less 50/50, wich is ok, as some said. Maybe it is not for Atziri, but Atziri should not be taken into consideration, imho.
