New Formosan Bear Pet

Any news about the availability of the bear? Like I said black bears are very dear to my heart and I really hope that it's coming soon.

Heard nothing about it other than the reddit link already shared.

No.

This bear does not fit the PoE universe.

Leave stuff like this on the Garena servers.

100% agree.

..."Does not fit.."?

Says who? Look at the world map. There's gonna be a LOT more varied fauna out there, including many mentioned in item names and other lore, which we haven't seen, yet.

And you say with such certainty that there's no room for a bear? =0[.]o=

Damn, that's cute. It would probably be way out of my price range but aaaaaaaaawwwwww, yeah, I would sure love to see it around. <3
If my satellite beam-strike Kiwi can 'fit' into the aesthetic of PoE, then this bear sure as hell can.

Here's the trick: remember that the actual natives of Wraeclast, the npcs and the monsters, cannot see and do not interact with pets or any other mtxes. They're purely for the players' entertainment.

Once you accept that, those tentacled wings, glowing swords and amazing armour on a character who just woke up all but naked on a beach suddenly make much more sense.
If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between.

I am Path of Exile's biggest whale. Period.

I'd argue that shiny angelic wings fit the PoE universe less. Or frogs with crowns. Or Razer footprints. Actually the bear would fit quite well into the PoE universe, we have

after all. >:->

So are MTXs better on a Marauder because he straight-up hits himself in the head repeatedly with a warhammer while on the ship?
