My point is, both those MTXs were limited and conditional, in PoE Global. While I dunno how their points costs compare to other MTX, I strongly doubt the Exalted Weapon Effect is gonna approach the price required for the Supporter Pack which was the only way to obtain it, though it may be safely conjectured that the Angelic Mask will cost more than the equivalent of five bucks. But it would seem that both are available to PoE TW players for the foreseeable future (mebbe in perpetuity), while they are no longer available (and rightly so) to Global players. Though who knows maybe they were afraid players would not want old unavailable mtxes when compared to new exclusive ones.
