unlike normal shocks, shocking ground doesnt need to pass the duration threshold check, so vaal lightning trap would be useful for shocking insane-high health targets, targets which are normally very hard to do enough %-damage to shock effectively.

but yes, its use is limited, not completely useless though.

Those ghostflame effects are gonna be everywhere once released :P
Really nice effects tho and suits a character using chaos dmg so it's a nice compliment to the other elemental micros.
