How do you play PoE?

I disabled mousewheel zoom, have zoom on page up/down.

I play:
LMB - Move Only.
CMB - Curse (normally, sometimes a trap)
RMB - Main Skill
Z, X, A - Secondary Skills (attacks, frequent use summons [e.g. skellies], whatever).
R, T - Infrequent use skills (Vaal skills, auras, infrequent use summons [e.g. spectres]).
1-5 - Flasks.

The idea behind moving skills to z/x/a was to keep them immediately next to the left shift button for ease of use.

Other crap had to move around, but I got used to it (weapon swap on G, highlight toggle on B, corpse targeting on Q).

Lmb either simple skill or move, if I need more control.
Rmb is primary dps skill
mmb is always primary curse...although I use my side button instead.

Q is utility like totem, or flicker
W also utility
E special attack like poison arrow or secondary curse
R primary AoE or secondary spell (cleave, spark, cyclone)
T another aoe or move skill ("forward" button to my brain)...leap, charge, whirl, sometimes traps or non-range-specific aoe like storm call/roa (also "forward" skills in my head)

1-2 life
3-4 resist...sometimes 3 mana and 4-5 resist
5 utility...granite, quartz, diamond...
4 is almost always resist+uncurse, 2 life+antibleed
LMB - Movement
RMB - Main Ability
Q - Other
W - Enduring Cry
E - Curse
R - Totem
T - Portal Gem

1-2-3-4-5 - Flasks

This is my template setup.

Mousewheel I disable most the time.
Just for try for see and for know -2013!

She corpse exploded the corpse of the boss...
Right mouse button for main skill.
Middle mouse button for alternate.

E tends to be a movement skill if I've got one.
Q would be the alternate alternate skill. (As in double strike on right click, sweep on middle mouse button and cleave on Q.
T is most often a Vaal Skill, though that might be W if it's one I use more often.

There's probably a curse somewhere in there.

T might be replaced with an aura and/or Tempest Shield.
At a certain point the skills go whereever they git.

I have a Razer Naga mouse, but also use the keyboard:

LMB = movement only
RMB = main skill
MMB = movement skill (Leap Slam, Lightning Warp, etc)

Button #1-3 = potions (usually health)
Button #4-5 = potions (usually granite)

Button next to LMB = frequently used skill (e.g. Decoy Totem) or an aura.
Q = secondary main skill (e.g. single target skill for bosses)
W = Curse #1
R = Curse #2
F = whatever else I'm binding.

Not all of my characters need all keybindings, so sometimes R and F only have auras. I also use shift for attacking in place.

I usually use that for my auras, so that way I only have to hit it once each time I login with a character(or after dying).

Disabling the mouse wheel would prevent me zooming in to admire myself. Not to mention I often play fully zoomed in. Because I can. :)

Well, another carryover from D2 is compulsive pinky-shifting. It's How Not To Die.

Disable mouse wheel and use Pg Up and Pg Down to zoom in and out.

That's what I do, too. So, the wheel is just the middle mouse button.
Usually in my underpants.
