It's a nice niche item, but not anywhere near good. If you're gonna use Bear Trap for most of your damage, this is BiS. But for all other trappers, it's bad. I'm not sure how The Vertex or Geoffri's Crest beat it when it's a shield, and both of those examples are helmets. to each his own, i suppose. Would only need 2 procs than the crit chance would be higher already not counting building into power charges. What can never be lent or earned?
