Hm, so that's why she was trying to get Maligaro's Spike and the Baleful Gem, but was stopped by Fidelitas.

And so she moved on towards improvising and experimenting on a lot of people to make up for the lack of knowledge? And if Lunaris is any indication she succeeded in implanting Lightning Warp, Arctic Armour, Vulnerability, and Lightning Strike into a lot of people.

What's the purpose though? That's still not really clear.
