If they ever get pvp (or a cut-throat league) really up and running though glacial hammer hard counters any low life build with ease since it's culling effect is on hit on any low life enemy who is frozen, even if they block it and have max ES they still instantly die as long as they were frozen (regardless of how). So even glacial hammer will likely be nerfed again at some point.
