Would anyone be against selling chaos orbs on GGG's shop? (For convenience)

Chaos orbs do not give you means of winning poe, you will still need to play the game and get the high ilvl items to craft them. And even if you bought them with chaos orbs, everything stay locked by RNG you can't be sure you are going to get the mods you need on your items.

Exalted orbs are easily obtainable by doing the chaos recipe, just go to Fellshrines and kill every rare or unique monster or boss. You will have 100% chance of doing the recipe at least once a day.

If you pay money and support poe you would acquire these chaos orbs easier or faster and you would not win anything in the end since chaos orbs never made someone level 100 or gave him 8/8 challenges.

Would you pay guys for this kind of monetizable convenience?

Think again about it, buying chaos orbs does not give you anything in game, it's just like buying "Winning microtransactions fireworks".

How getting the effect of chaos orb, an orb who does not garantee any good results on your item would be P2W ?
And how getting 1 or 2 good items through chaos orbs effects, would mean winning poe? You just get a cool item, you still need to play the game and get higher ilvl items to be able to equip uber gear and win poe.

How would you win, again?
