No one is hoarding those gloves. Look at poe.xyz - different sellers for each one.

The fact is that currently there is a market where ppl. are willing to pay 500ex. As long as that is the case, those that have the gloves, will sell at 500 ex and your offer of 2 mirrors will be considered lowballing by them. You are doing EXACTLY the same with your mirrors. There is no reason whatsoever to call anyone elitist because of this. Demand and supply, it's economy 101.

yes, yes, currently I suppose it could be an accurate price but my post is a warning for the future because the rich get richer..and that's rich enough to corner this market so lets not raise the roof for ourselves ;)

Also the fact that my offer is refused in such manner is a blatant display of elitism..not going to say who but I think its the leader of that one 'cosmic' guild you see running around like they think theyre the next [GoD] or something :P

I wasn't whining about gear. If you read the thread its more like spectating economics. But now that you mentioned it I'm going to release the whine.

I've been GGG fanboy as it gets-Ive only had 1 complaint ever..and that was the release of the eternal orb (I think it knocks the longevity of the game back a huge notch, and I don't want that cause I like this game :)...until now. the release of these gloves. That makes 2. Ive been soley life builds this whole game and come the merge of domination I wanted to finally break the mold and experiment with the vaal pact ES...and then look what happens.

I am essentailly in the same boat - I really, really want those gloves. But I will never pay anywhere close to 500 ex for them. So, I wait. My guess is that they will be around 200-300 ex in a month or so. If you look closely at poe.xyz you will notice that they do not sell for 500 ex all that often ;). So, there is hope for us.

Also, our guild leader (I guess we are the only cosmic guild) is really a nice guy. Either he missed your offer or - from his perspective - you appeared to be someone lowballing him.
