this aint science. if u played this build in 1.2, you can easyle change it to 1.3. not much changes in that area. i go like this:

one option when upgrading from Death's Harp and still can't afford a Windripper is to look for a bow (Harbinger if Possible) with high crit chance and crit multi if possible.



im using the first bow and will switch on the second one once i got the implicit to 50...
search for bows with at least 35% Crit Chance/Multi (those are cheap, i got mine for 1c & 10c respectively) and make sure that a suffix is still open then craft attack speed from tora and hope for 12% roll, anything from flat ele damage or weapon ele damage on prefix will be great too....and you've got urself a cheap windripper-like bow :)

Changed tree a bit from planned tree. shit cheap gear, fine speed. little higher than with 200+ex on standard.
