I think GGG has better customer support because they have to. Go to a mom and pop fish store and I am sure they'll greet you with a smile and offer you a donut and tell you how they'll special order that rod that isn't in stock and give you a discount for the hassle. Walmart on the other hand will just tell you to try next Thursday when the truck arrives. That said, I don't see what Blizzard did wrong here, they admitted a problem and apologized for it. The problem is also really trivial - its cosmetic wings for Christ's sake. Now, if on the 25th, RoS doesn't launch and they say "Fuck you we're watching a Survivor Marathon" well, that's something to get upset about. What has this got to do with PoE? Mods allow all of the off topic discussion you want if it's insulting/bashing Diablo 3 lol.. Grow up. And to the OP, they made a mistake and they're fixing it.. I'm sure people could write a much larger list for all the things GGG have done that piss everybody off. I suppose nitpicking at this is the only thing you can think off due to the success D3 is going to be now, poor PoE with it's shitty build options, desync, poor RNG, gated items, beta test after beta test.. This game is a joke, and it has only lasted because it's become mainstream to hate Diablo 3. No substance, no challenge, everyone is a winner. Oh, and right, Diablo with feminine hips. What a parody of a once remarkable series. The amount of entitlement in that thread is amazingly sad, so much drama for a cosmetic item they will get one day later. I just can't sympathizes with OP, let alone the people in that thread on D3 forums, the level of entitlement is too pathetic. Your cute little rant still didn't explain how GGG allow the most off topic discussions you want if it's insulting Diablo 3, yet a simple criticizing thread on a new PoE feature will be moved in seconds. Interesting that you need to fill your reply with insults, says a lot really and not really helping your defence. You say D3 is not difficult in the slightest, then please elaborate on the wonderful complicated system that is in place in PoE, don't worry i'll wait.. Nothing but RNG wall after RNG wall, no skill is needed whatsoever if lady luck is on your side, the game is a giant roulette wheel and all you need to do is get lucky and the game is easy. The combat is stale, no need for any sort of thinking whatsoever due to the blatant gear checks in game that are supposed to be 'difficult'.. As soon as you pass the RNG wall you just hold right click and the game is trivial, if you don't desync a thousand times LOL. And I think you'll find D3 has a lot more meta games in place than PoE does now, it's okay to live in denial though I get it. PoE = Frustration, not difficulty. I pre ordered ROS and I expected to get wings when the game launched lol so this did not affect me. I don't know why blizzard decided to give the wings before launch. They are notoriously terrible at keeping their time lines. Anyone who QQ about this is quite pathetic. It doesn't hinder your game play in the least. It's as if something you ordered was delayed by a day or two because of bad weather. And personally, I don't care for POEs incident reports. Sounds like a Canadian flogging himself. Stop always fucking apologizing. I find it extremely unnecessary to give us your life story. But hey, some people feel entitled and want an in depth explanation where a "we were made aware of a bug, I was out of the office, other guy was not reachable, eventually we fixed it, you're welcome". I am kind of leaning towards the latter as you hear about a constant stream of developers leaving Blizzard when once they raked up the experience. I'm in an abusive relationship with life.
