Ambush: Why is the Chaos:Ex ratio so crazy right now?

RMT Websites and people who are flipping all day with help of their bot (or not sometimes) decide this because it makes more profits for them.

You dont need to understand why, just keep to get rid off of all you farm by these people with keeping a smile on your face for GGG.

And all the bullshit that people need more that kind of orb atm in the game can still believe in it if they want to stay in the dark.

Economy in this game is controlled by third party people who make a huge profit on it.

RMT and bots have nothing to do with the price of exalts:chaos

Try getting a high level character with decent gear that can clear fast and use the chaos recipe. Odds are you'll find/recipe way more than 30 chaos for each exalt you get to drop.
Ex went to 30-32c in hardcore and nemesis before.

when new league starts, chaos is more useful than ex since the server is full of middle tier rares and for those several full rerolls is definitely better than one extra mod.

and now ppl are using high tiers and they do not want to reroll but need ex.

Dont be surprised when u go to a supermarket after your work and find suddenly it is so crowded than usual.
Seems like chaos should be worth more and thus the ratio should favor chaos more, at least in Ambush. Did everyone miss the memo that you can use currency to craft treasure boxes?

I use low-end currency on strongboxes, mostly to cause Rogue Exiles to spawn more often, but using Chaos Orbs on them seems like a losing proposition.

I go for "8 additional items" on Arcanists and "increased quality" or "increased experience" on Gemcutters. I'd imagine that if you can get increased rarity and additional items on Arcanists, you'd have the best chance at higher-tier currency pinatas. Quality and experience on Gemcutters would be awesome, too. But you can only get the ideal combination of mods on rare boxes.

Do you actually get enough to merit the currency you are using though?
