Atziri does not drop those items if you noticed their level. It seems to be some kind of uber atziri. One of those fragments has already been found(mortal grief).
The idea seems to be that these uniques will be beyond rare. |

If this turns out to be true, there is no doubt that GGG creates build problems to offer up the solution in a unique as the carrot on the stick, problem is barley anyone will get that carrot. What is there for everyone else?
