axe and boots= totally fine
mask= kinda powerful due to huge base ES, but since no life or mf or mana or ele resists, they are only good for two builds : CI/low life. and chaos resists is useless for CI. cost of skills is cool, but its a 4L and it doesnt apply to auras. I feel like its somewhat balanced; on a stronger side but these are very build-specific. CI users will find better rares with more ES. Low-life, pretty damn powerful but not quite BiS either. gloves= GG noobshit gloves. cast on crit + these gloves = gg. and those ridic int values. not sure what they were thinking. |

I'll guess at what they were thinking... mainly because we haven't had any response. They wanted a boss that no one could kill giving items that everyone would want. They've got this sadistic attitude that everyone but a select few should be deprived and struggle while a select few are so powerful that the game becomes boring for them.
