I've seen a ton of threads complaining about the drop rates for fragments so I decided to share a tip:
The time when you create the corrupted instance is relevant. |

If you're aware of this "relevance", you should let people know how it's relevant. The staff has ridiculed us for our ignorance too. It's childish.

I've found 3 dusks at night and 1 noon during the day. Seems about right to me.

i have only found one Noon. It was in the evening.

I only seem to be able to find Dusk... no matter the actual time. But nice try, would be great mechanic actually

I have two dawns that I found in the evening.
So, unless the midnight is specifically found at midnight (or whatever), I don't see this being true. A comprehensive, easy on the eyes loot filter:

I have found

I've only found Dusks, never any Vaal Gems; I keep getting Dusks... >_<
