I dont care what everyone says but this boss is just not a "fair" boss...
Very first thing, it's not much different that the other titty bitches so even if you encounter a group of titty bitches you will discover too late that she is in the group and get killed
Second, her spike damage require a very specific type of character with either crazy high mitigation or very high mitigation and very high life.
Most other character will get crushed (maybe necro type could get thru too)

Other corrupted boss give you a chance to escape but not this one.
It's just a "suprise : you dead... U mad bro ? " type of boss...

Even prepared you can still get killed with two hits... Need nerfing

I dunno man there's a million cheese ways to die in this game.

I have been walking across a map, then appeared in the middle of a pack dead on the other side of the map.

I have entered a garden map and instantly died.

This. Damage avoidance FTW. Tanking is a losing proposition. And will become more apparent as higher damage bosses are introduced.

Died to her about two hours ago. I was stupid and started to fight her though. Was actually manageable with 9 endurance charges up and running. As she was down to 10% life however she seemed to spaz out and I got completely destroyed in 0.5 seconds. It's possible my charges ran out as well :( RiP 67 Marauder Invasion. I'm a fucktard.

The problem I see here right now is that the game isn't reliable enough for such mechanics. If the only way to manage certain encounters is dodging I would really like that change, however it requires me to be in full control of my character and it actually has to be at the position were my client makes me believe I am.

While playing my Eva-Char I randomly dropped down to half HP while fighting Oversoul (it was only normal). I was already wondering why he charged his slam at the other end of the screen... as it turned out he was directly next to me^^.

Last time I checked Hardcore wasn't any more difficult than softcore, the game is essentially the same. If you don't die to something in softcore why should you die to it in hardcore?

Wait wait wait, isn't Ch'aska an invader boss? How did op fought her in standard?

Edit: nvm, didn't know she appears in corrupted area as well.

well she will be nerfed ggg style within the next hours so we can all rejoice. Hopefully a few other bosses will also be rebalanced a bit.
