Nitpicking? They gave one of the prizes to the wrong person and if no one had said anything it probably would have stayed that way.

Beyond that, I don't think you grasp just how disrespectful it is to host a design competition, describe a specific design in the rules section as something you shouldn't submit, and then pick that exact design as a winning submission and say that it "showcased real creativity", "involved a great deal of thought and work", and "exhibits a wide range of imagination". People worked hard on this contest and it makes sense that they're disappointed with how it was handled.

It would have been nice if at least one text concept made it, but I have to admit it took a lot less than 100 pages before I stopped reading all the text submissions.

The exalted shirt was definitely a well deserved winner.

I am a bit surprised about some of the submissions that did/didn't make it (personally I really liked the plum brandy submission by 'florian' on https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/698496/page/100).

I could see how the devs of the game might have different opinions on what "[holds] true to Path of Exile's complex aesthetic." I'm sure they view the game a lot differently as creators than we do as players.

Appreciated. I think we both would have stood a much better chance of winning if we had submitted earlier.

Love the Tarkleigh shirt! Not a fan of others to be honest.. And as others have mentioned prior.. Confused how some if them QUALIFIED at all, yet manage to win.. A few of my favorites were text submissions.. Some of which i saw flamed by"supporters" of winning designs that lack creativity.. Seems odd... Oh well.. Tark's store pls!! :)
