This thread is a result of people not understanding technology?

Op is just guessing after all, there isn't anyway to determine whether his claims are true unless someone goes and does an investigation.

Anyways, fun thread to waste time on.

Pretty much ;).

It's neither a bug nor a conspiracy, it's RNG. You roll 2d1000 and you can still get two 1 rolls, that doesn't mean the die are loaded.

EVE Online had an actual conspiracy in which CCP (the developer) had their employees playing the game and literally giving themselves and their alliances high-end item blueprints. This was exposed by uncovering emails and chatlogs, which is actual evidence supporting causality, and further, proof far beyond the reach of mere RNG.

I'll concede that it's possible (that devs may be handing out drops), but hardly supported by what you might call evidence.

I'll say it again for you. I'll use capitals so it's clearer:

YOU SAYING IT'S NOT EVIDENCE DOES NOT MAKE IT NOT EVIDENCE.

You're using different definitions of the word "evidence", a problem that is common in English -- particularly in textual debates.

The word "evidence" as used in law encompasses things like oral testimony. In the case here, while the online equivalent of oral testimony certainly may have some weight with regards to whether or not something should be investigated, it is not "evidence" in the colloquial sense of the word.

You mean like you don't provide any evidence at all for that statement?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homonym . The ambiguity of english should be pretty apparent to speakers of the language.
