I'm saying it's RNG, you're saying it's not, except you have no actual evidence to support what you're saying and in the absence of evidence it's just RNG.

some of you forgot that random in pc world is also based on pure coding. i dont think that this exists as simple as in a game :) i think its a kind of algorytmic stuff that works similar to random...
for me it is ok that not every clown or to often have too much loot, because if i got tons of items for all my build after 5 month, what wanna play i for?
if i got 2 soultakers in 3 weeks, what i am looking for? i think, with dis loot i will play some longer than with a more better one... its less, but its for me more motivation.
