Download Speed - How fast you are patched?

So is it year 2013 or 2003, speed is ridiciously slow, it's ruined for me today I suppose.

Just finished :O mne was jumping from 19KB/s to 1.5MB/s took about an hour fifteen?

I'm at 90% and it dropped to a crawl. Getting about 0-22kbps now.
I was jamming at 200-1.5mb. |
