As long as the rare matching recipes are in the game extra stash tabs ARE pay2win in every sense of the term.

So having 50 stash tabs and stashing every single rare to make regals/alchs is not an advantage you get from spending money (AKA PAY2win)?

Uhuhh, lose your fanboyism and look at things objectively.

In a way stash tabs are pay to win. Why,because you will need to create a lot of mule account and characters, and to trade between them will take you lot more time than when you have more stash space. It is very small advantage, but still a advantage. I would not personally call pay to win, because the advantage is very small, and only thing you get is little more time not wasted on changing characters and accounts.

Considering that a GOOD rare by itself is GENERALLY worth about a chaos or an alch in sale to somebody who needs gear AT LEAST, that's kind of a misnomer. The only way I would see it as P2W is that it allows you to turn a profit on useless rare items that would normally vend for a few alt shards or at most an aug orb.
