Reflect is a dumb mechanic, because how often do you stop to read all the monster affixes when mowing them down? Usually you don't know a monster is reflect until your health starts spiking down repeatedly for no apparent reason and you wonder if you're desynching. Would be nice for reflect mobs to have a more noticeable graphical effect. As it is, I think it's far too powerful in the % it reflects.

Wish there were statistics we could see as to what people die to in game. I imagine a large amount, especially on hardcore, die to reflect.

Most of the people don't even know how to use this bow properly.

The few who do sometimes still have reflect issues. The others have mid-avg dmg.

Bow is very strong, but not imbalanced. You can make a very strong pure phys build for example, which is 20 x as cheap as a Voltaxic build. There are other ways to deal with reflect, like dmg conversion or vaal pact.
