Poll: Monster life number display

A lot of people are pointing out that they don't want or need to see monsters' hitpoints, but for me what would be valuable would be to see exactly how much damage I'm doing. Unless damage calculations are handled completely transparently with all the relevant details and formulas easily available, exact damage numbers would keep the min/maxers like me happy.

This is definitely a personal option. For me, I enjoy the numbers behind the actual gameplay and whenever an option such as this is available, it just allows me to enjoy the game a little bit more.

Personal opinion but I believe it takes away from the "realism". However, some folks want it so leave it as an option.

if a feature can be turned on/off, it should be in the game.

don't worry about cluttering the options. in my opinion cluttering won't be a problem for most of the people.

Vote 'if enabled', for screens with lots of dmg from one hit - it would be nice.

I voted no, but I think that it might be cool to have items or skill gems that allow you to "scan" enemies for their life totals and weaknesses like some other games do.

I posted here quite a few pages back, stating that it should be "option" based. I still agree with that decision, but 100% agree with Mini/Main Bosses.
If im in group (A), and I have a friend in group (B), and he asks:
"How did you do on the boss?".

I want to be able to say:
"pfft, wiped at 5% mate, not good.".
Not:
"Im not sure,somewhere around...erm..15%ish".
Nor would I like to say:
"Erm, hold on...300/17630, mate".

It's just simple and easy with an "on/off" option with percentages and without values.

Abit fuzzy on my description. But as gamers, i'm sure you know what I mean, when your'e speaking to in-game friends about boss kills etc.

On hardcore, No thx.
Just make hover mouse at target to see health, nothing else plz.
No numbers or %, just a red sliding bar.

I voted for giving players the option to see numbers and stats if they wanted. This seems like the best option to please both parties. If you don't want all the extra numbers, turn the feature off in options. You want it on? Go to options and turn it on. Pretty simple (not from the coders perspective I'm sure :D )
