This again is just a vague attempt to make the game easier or give in to self-found whiners. This game isn't designed to be like that, it would go against GGG's philosophy I believe. This is an old school game with old school mechanics and if you don't like it, it probably isn't the game for you. It can be frustrating at times, sure, but it only makes those moments where you get something worth X amount all the sweeter. By saying that the reason they should increase drop rates, because of RMT, isn't a flaw with the game or how its developed but by the consumer. Those who RMT are cheating. Cheaters get banned and lose everything. How exactly is that progressing with the game? One step forwards, two steps back. Either way, the people who RMT will RMT regardless of whatever they change and the ingame economy with higher drop rates would only inflate to reflect this. Bound on account items aren't really a good idea in my opinion. They are limiting and go against the freedom this game offers. I'm sure there will be opposers to my ideas and my opinions and someone is gonna shout fanboy, when I think the new content in this game sucked pretty badly. I think Athene has just used this as a way of self-promotion, because bad press can be popular. For someone who actually hasn't attempted to gain his own wealth and leeched off others, I don't really think he has a wholly credible outlook on what you can achieve in this game from legitimate farming and trading.
