2) When you apply a fusing, game iterates across the sockets starting from socket number 1 and rolls on the same probability table from each position that's still eligible for a link.

Does this mean the probability of getting a 6l or a 6s is the same? Or do i get this wrong?
Should be, but if there's ANY conjecture I'm extremely likely to be wrong about, it's this one.

Late edit: found that post, and it doesn't support my claim at all. I was mixing two sources, one of them was a beta member making a guess. It's still a reasonable hypothesis, but both sets of data would have to be logged (fusing rolls and jeweller rolls, at the same time).

Thread 1: here. Purely about jeweller results, and chris states the old probability table.
Thread 2: here. Conjecture by a beta member of the same era guessing about how fusings work. I think he's onto something, but I can't find any real data to support his idea.

I don't have alpha access, that was a LONG time ago.

WAU!!, the chances on getting 6S seem pretty nice. It is nothing in comparison with what u'll have to waste on getting 6L as jeweler orb is 4times cheaper. I didnt expect such a good chance. This is making a lot more sense getting your hands on 68+ ilvl Vaal Regalia, instead of wasting fusing on 1st 6S u find/buy.

So it seems getting an endgame selfCrafted 6L armour may not be so expensive. Thank u all for the data! Looking forward to OB :)
