Yeah I got the feeling she was always planned to be the main character. Possibly the first character they had in mind for the story. But yeah she talks sooo much and repeats herself often and what's really weird is that the more she says the less you know about the story. She just says stuff and it confuses you.

I'd really like to play through the game as Piety to be honest with you.

Hey same, upon hearing how she has a line to deliver for every-freaking-thing, I really wondered if she was supposed to be the main character or something. I mean, each zone has a line, every doodad lore, and even each one of the unique name mob. She may have a line when she encounters them, when she kills them, or even both. With a few exception.

She feels the death of a giant totem ( ledge ), of a granddaddy crab, she even feels a little girl behind Merveil's Daugther, and an ambitious man inside the White Beast. Oh, and she tries to reason with Brutus.
Would be nice actually to fallout-style Brutus. Have a little talk, a high enough intelligence, and just avoid the fight entirely by convincing him to commit suicide.

Anyway, it's more interesting to do the game as a Scion just for the sake of lore.

When I first played her I commented to my friends on the Vent server "Wow... she sure is talkative. She has something to say about everything!". She sure does add to the lore of the game.

marauder, templer, shadow, duelist and a fighting lesbian aka ranger = 5 men.
witch and scion = 2 girls and just one is hot so ofc she is the boss
