How did YOU die in hardcore?

killed a fractured discharger mob, bam 10 discharges dead XD was so surprised i just loled, was only lvl 36 but still ^^

I got "kripp'd" by a detonated boss corpse.

Trying to fight things 2-3 levels over my head while Undergeared is my typical way. Died ONCE to desynch. I have had a few... wow, that was close (goes right back in anyways).... crap... shoulda quit while I was a head.

My three year old daughter walked up and started hanging on my arm while i was trying to use the mouse:)

No regrets, well worth the memory and the laugh!

My cat rolled over on her back and started purring, I got distracted by the cuteness and went to rub her belly. died due to cat cuteness. story of my life.

Just died to CB in Nemesis... Totally my own fault and bad playing :/
Did not see that I had run out of Remove Bleeding pot and went in and went for a full on attack.

Edit: Any fun/good HC build advice? :)

I've died 4 times so far in HC.

One time was on my ranger (level 30 at the time). My friends were skeptical to my acrobatics build but I assured them it would be awesome, I would simply evade all atacks against me. Turns out evasion is pretty bad against spell damage, Piety (first fight) completely wasted me, what with my <400hp and 30 lightning res >_>
Tried her again solo on softcore, died once again before finally managing to beat her. It was a important lesson in the importance of flat life and resistance.

My three other deaths were to Hailrake, normal. . .

Was facerolling everything, including up to 71 maps. Ran a Torture Chamber 72 mazed that I regaled extra lightning damage onto (had only one regal, so I ran it). Continued facerolling everything. Few minutes go by, and went from 5k+ life to 0 in about 1-2 seconds, apparently from getting shocked by tentacle mobs. I had time to say "no". Didn't even hit a flask.

In Onslaught I died from going afk (looking out window for 20 seconds), and another from a latency flatline.
