Its not a matter of "their rules" its a general rule. You cant advertize any product from other companies a private event while you are ( in this case ) on stage and focused if specifcly not allowed by the company.

Of course you can. You have every right to do so.
And they have every right to kick you out of that event.

The pre-event meeting probably was something like this :

Organizer :

"Ok guys while on stage and focused by cameras please abstain of wearing any clothing with advertisements to any other products or companies. So no Coca-cola shirts, Pepsi , Asus, Razer , etc. While not on stage you can wear whatever you like. "

Kripparrian :

" I planned to wear a PoE shirt is that ok ? "

Organizer :

" I believe it is still advertisement to other products so please try not to do it while on stage. "

Kripparrian makes a video about it with no complains and perfectly understanding the reasons.

What the PoE fanatics thought and want to believe:

"HAHAAH Kripparrian was told not to wear a PoE shirt. HAHAH Blizzard is afraid of GGG"

Disgusting ...

Of course Blizzard is afraid of Poe.

If they were not one of the biggest game company they would have ended up in bankrupt after D3, as they screwed the brand ARPG with a terrible sequel. And as David vs Goliath comes an indie developer team and makes a 1000x times better game FOR FREE. With updates every 2 week, while D3 got 8 patch in a year, mostly bug fixes (except the paragon and hellfire ring events the rest is bull shit)

Just think about it. And that's a stupid argument that a lot more people played D3 than PoE, as a lot more people listens to Justin Bieber than Black Sabbath. D3 had a lot more money for advertisement, while if Chris would have that money he would spend it on game content, not advertisement. The attitude of the two companies are total opposites.

(BTW I'm a huge D1-2 hearthstone and WOW fan)

Do you really think so?

They started as a company that wanted to make a game for themselves to play and love and also to show other people.

Now every fucking patch there is stuff added to the cash shop for the fanatics to buy it. I mean its a constant string of new stuff to buy and teasing the players to buy the supporter packs.

And probably you havent checked their recent marketing ... managing to keep PoE on the frontpage of several gaming sites must be costly.

So i refute everything you say about they not wanting to monetize the players and spend money on anything other the game.

Thats bullshit and you should open you eyes.

1k dollars to create a Legendary? 10k dollars to create a monster? The sad part is that they know their market and won the bet because a lot of blind and brainwashed people bought those packs.

" Oh we are GGG and we are gamers making games for gamers! Please support us! There is this 10k dollars supporter pack that you should really buy!! "

Whatever "good" intention they had in making a game for gamers by gamers ... died long ago.
So please tell me again that they dont care about monetizing the players and increase their playerbase.

Hi

Krip talking in third person= strange.

I remember msging blizzard before they added the monster power meter to d3 suggesting that they need to look into their monster damage scaling, they proceeded to ban me for a week for 1 msg( then I tried the monster power meter and realized it only made monsters harder...*shakes head.

cheers

Krippi is a different person if you mean that.
How is this thread eight fucking pages?

Kripp was told not to wear a PoE shirt for the Hearthstone whatever the fuck. Anything that promotes for someone other than Blizzard wouldn't be allowed. That's common sense.

They are not policing the entire joint and escorting people out with PoE shirts.

Again- how is this thread eight fucking pages?
All the things I want to remember are in the places I'd like to forget.
