Don't wear Path of Exile Shirts at Blizzcon :) Kripparrian was told not to

This is actually pretty standard for most live "competitive" events. They generally don't care what you wear as long as it isn't promoting a rival company/game/product, so the only thing that surprised me was that they didn't give Kripp more notice or that Kripp didn't expect this.

Edit: I'm sure if you're just a random blizzcon attendee they wouldn't care but because Kripp is playing in the HS Invitational that they expect thousands of people to be watching, they care.

I wasn't aware Blizzard was a rival company to GGG.

GGG certainly hasn't claimed this.

If anyone is insecure about their future, it's the tyrant known as blizzard.

For them to "pick/choose" GGG as their quote, un-qoute "rival", is sad and extreamly pathetic.

This SUPERGIANT of a company scared of a little widdle iddy biddy company.

OH laugh I'm still laughing.

How is this thread eight fucking pages?

Kripp was told not to wear a PoE shirt for the Hearthstone whatever the fuck. Anything that promotes for someone other than Blizzard wouldn't be allowed. That's common sense.

They are not policing the entire joint and escorting people out with PoE shirts.

Again- how is this thread eight fucking pages?

Because there are a lot of fanatical anti-Blizzard people on this forum that will take any opportunity to try to attack them.

The pre-event meeting probably was something like this :

Organizer :

"Ok guys while on stage and focused by cameras please abstain of wearing any clothing with advertisements to any other products or companies. So no Coca-cola shirts, Pepsi , Asus, Razer , etc. While not on stage you can wear whatever you like. "

Kripparrian :

" I planned to wear a PoE shirt is that ok ? "

Organizer :

" I believe it is still advertisement to other products so please try not to do it while on stage. "

Kripparrian makes a video about it with no complains and perfectly understanding the reasons.

What the PoE fanatics thought and want to believe:

"HAHAAH Kripparrian was told not to wear a PoE shirt. HAHAH Blizzard is afraid of GGG"

Disgusting ...

Listen this comunity in its vast majority is about bashing Diablo3 and Blizzard.
Thats exactly what GGG has catered for and the recent marketing campaign proves it.

This is what GGG wants ... a comunity that feeds upon the resentment towards D3. It gives them more money on the supporter packs. These fanatics are easly milked.
"HAHAAH Kripparrian was told not to wear a PoE shirt. HAHAH Blizzard is afraid of GGG"

But it's true...

Yeah because GGG started developing PoE after they saw what a bad game D3 turned out to be, and not like 6 years ago... you make zero sense. Keep fighting for your casual console game though, it's amusing to read :D
GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.
lol babydick blizzard
