You're promoting their direct competitor.
It makes a lot of sense, most companies do this.

Seriously, D3 was an absolute PoS dog turd game, and it has nothing to do with its difficulty. If you've bothered to simply play other ARPGs in the past like Sacred, Titan Quest, this one and even Torchlight, you would easily realize how inferior D3 feels to play compared to them all.
What makes it worse is that it came from Blizz, and they couldn't even make a sequel that at least matched the quality of all of the clones by other developers.
That is completly a personal opinion.
What is set in stone is that Diablo sold +14 Millions copies over the course of 17 months.
It kept sellign and selling even after all the hate and dissapointment on the forums. The game just kept selling even with all that info.
To keep selling that much to me means only that the hate was exaggerated and that only a very small minority felt displeased with the game.
And mind you that many of these "displeased" players have hundreads of hours played on Diablo3 ..so something is odd here.
Because im not a psicologist and because i can only shallowly perceive the reason for such hate ... i support myself on HARD proofs like +14M copies sold in almost 2 years.
You cant argue against that.
Your argument and reasoning is stupidly flawed.
Sales figures alone don't mean that something is good, it could just mean that a product was hyped up. D3 sold because it was made by Blizz, who have a legion of brainless fans, just like all the people who buy Justin Bieber records.
You cant claim 'Justin Bieber sold loads more records than Mozart sold sheet music, so therefor Justin Bieber is better'.
Well, you can if you are a 5 year old girl.

The thing is that they think is only about PoE as a brand and not Razer, SteelSeries, Asus, etc .. etc..etc
No .. in their minds its all about PoE and not advertisement in general on focused main events ...

Not even a expantion will be able to save D3, their only hope is to end D3 with an obvious cliff hanger for D4 and then mimicing PoE. Im lucky I didnt have to pay for D3, I played it through a single difficulty and before I even finished it I was bored, but I had to finish it just to see the story. Am I a fan boy of PoE? Sure why not, ill take it as a compliment as this is what gamers want...a challenge. You can also tell D3 was designed for console with how simplistic it is.
So you played Diablo 3 .. only on NORMAL ...and you complain for the lack of challenge?
And yet you think you have such knowledge about Diablo 3 and suck a strong opinion about the potencial of the game that you are allowed to say:
"Not even a expantion will be able to save D3" ???????????
You are a dangerous person that should be kept in check. That type of fanaticism is dangerous and it has nothing to do with games but rather its a deep personality issue.
Why are you so mad?

They couldn't legally ask that in the US or within the EU regardless of it being their own event.
They can't legally tell you what to wear, but they can legally reject you entrance to their private establishment, the fact that you bought a ticket does not matter because by buying it you also accept their terms and conditions.
Well in the UK they cant. No one can deny you entry based on what you are wearing as it would fall under discrimination laws, and its the same within EU law as well.
There are enough cases where Muslims dressed in Burkhas were refused entry to many places, and all such cases that are taken to the courts end up with a huge payout to the woman in a Burkha.
Well they can refuse you entry sure, and you can sue them for loads of money for discrimination.
Any such establishment can only impose a dress code on its employees, not to any customer.
Even in the UK you can enforce dresscodes on private establishments. Visitors don't have to be there, it is their choice to do so. If it was a public office it would be a different story but private establishments are well in their right to not grant you access if you do not meet the dresscode enforced.
As long as they are within reason, also the Burkha cases, you can enforce a no face covering clothing policy but you cannot enforce a no Burkha policy for obvious reasons.
So no, you are wrong, you can reject access to private events/establishments as you please as long as it is within reason, take the "black shoe only" policy many clubs enforce as an example.

Itsthepolice confirmed for the most butthurt D3 fanboi on the forums :D
Also bhavv is wrong, there is no EU law which doesn't allow a host to pick his guests.
GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence. Last edited by Xavderion#3432 on Nov 7, 2013, 10:18:11 AM

Call me fanboy all you want (yes, I love PoE and don't like Blizzard/D3). But calling a slightly sarcastic and good humored comment for moronic is a tad offensive I'd say.
Don't even know how/where to report peoples comments here, so let's just leave it there.
I had all the intention of being offensive towards you and what you typed. Can you deal with it?
Don't people like you have forums over at bnet to troll on?
Also stop quoting sales figures everywhere. Sales tell you nothing. I bought D3 because of D2 and nothing more. I'm sure many people would agree with me. So the fact that they sold D3 to me means nothing because I have no intention of ever playing it again.

Not to paying customers you cant. Only to employees.
If any event can be attended by any member of the public by purchase of a ticket, that makes it a public event anyway and not a private establishment. If an establishment offers services to the public, then that makes it a public service and not a private establishment too.
The private establishment rule would only apply if every person had to be personally invited and the event was not open to any member of the public to attend without an invitation. Or if they needed to pay for membership.
