They couldn't legally ask that in the US or within the EU regardless of it being their own event.

They can't legally tell you what to wear, but they can legally reject you entrance to their private establishment, the fact that you bought a ticket does not matter because by buying it you also accept their terms and conditions.

Well in the UK they cant. No one can deny you entry based on what you are wearing as it would fall under discrimination laws, and its the same within EU law as well.

There are enough cases where Muslims dressed in Burkhas were refused entry to many places, and all such cases that are taken to the courts end up with a huge payout to the woman in a Burkha.

Well they can refuse you entry sure, and you can sue them for loads of money for discrimination.

Any such establishment can only impose a dress code on its employees, not to any customer.
(b) Personal abuse, foul language, inappropriate subject matter, obscene, harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory or defamatory remarks of any nature ... are not permitted.

Not even a expantion will be able to save D3, their only hope is to end D3 with an obvious cliff hanger for D4 and then mimicing PoE. Im lucky I didnt have to pay for D3, I played it through a single difficulty and before I even finished it I was bored, but I had to finish it just to see the story. Am I a fan boy of PoE? Sure why not, ill take it as a compliment as this is what gamers want...a challenge. You can also tell D3 was designed for console with how simplistic it is.

So you played Diablo 3 .. only on NORMAL ...and you complain for the lack of challenge?

And yet you think you have such knowledge about Diablo 3 and suck a strong opinion about the potencial of the game that you are allowed to say:

"Not even a expantion will be able to save D3" ???????????

You are a dangerous person that should be kept in check. That type of fanaticism is dangerous and it has nothing to do with games but rather its a deep personality issue.

Seriously, D3 was an absolute PoS dog turd game, and it has nothing to do with its difficulty. If you've bothered to simply play other ARPGs in the past like Sacred, Titan Quest, this one and even Torchlight, you would easily realize how inferior D3 feels to play compared to them all.

What makes it worse is that it came from Blizz, and they couldn't even make a sequel that at least matched the quality of all of the clones by other developers.

D2 fans seemed unwilling to ever try non Blizz ARPGs in the first place, but the reason why PoE is having much more success is due to how many people were let down by D3, and who are flocking to try other games like this one instead.

And GGG knows that ... and his taking advantage of the hate to cater to these players. The recent GGG marketing strategy reflects this .. which is sad.

GGG is building a comunity based on the hate and dissapointment for Diablo3. It will backfire when most return to Reaper of Souls.

Their banner with the " everything you wanted from Diablo3 and more" will cause a lot of harm to GGG if RoS turns out to be a mega success and GGG cant release content that supports those claims.

haha you very funny

That is completly a personal opinion.

What is set in stone is that Diablo sold +14 Millions copies over the course of 17 months.

It kept sellign and selling even after all the hate and dissapointment on the forums. The game just kept selling even with all that info.

To keep selling that much to me means only that the hate was exaggerated and that only a very small minority felt displeased with the game.

And mind you that many of these "displeased" players have hundreads of hours played on Diablo3 ..so something is odd here.

Because im not a psicologist and because i can only shallowly perceive the reason for such hate ... i support myself on HARD proofs like +14M copies sold in almost 2 years.

You cant argue against that.

Blizzard scared of a F2P title from a small indie developer?

Ofc .. on the eyes of the common fanatic and delusional PoE fanboy it only means Blizzard is afraid of GGG .... simply moronic.

Call me fanboy all you want (yes, I love PoE and don't like Blizzard/D3). But calling a slightly sarcastic and good humored comment for moronic is a tad offensive I'd say.

Don't even know how/where to report peoples comments here, so let's just leave it there.

LMAO keep going you cracking me up

Dude is not even the same crowd. POE is for the mature ARPG fan while D3 are for the new blizzard generation.

Its like saying Ludo going to steal players from Chess. And yea Ludo is properly more popular but you wont find many chess players playing it. Well maybe with there kids

I had all the intention of being offensive towards you and what you typed. Can you deal with it?
