For ranged characters it's probably too strong because it made a strong playstyle even stronger.
Melee, however, needed all the help it can get, and any nerf will significantly hurt them.

What did Neonspyder actual do before Release ? Eating Pie and drinking Coffee only at work ? Stuff like the Discharge was pretty obvious and could have been tested before.

Don't waste your time.
It doesn't matter who disagrees with him he will find a way to shout him down.
For example I play exclusively HC leagues except for one lowbie in Domination league that I play with a buddy.
If I were to say something his retort would be my highest is only 70. You won't win the argument so just let it be.

Your opinions on balance, when you only run maps that are maze/magic monsters instead of anything actually challenging, aren't very important. (Also, level 81? That's it? I'm not very impressed!)
