I agree, Library is only level 67 and The Sceptre of God is impossible to farm due to overtuned monsters.

Also Docks are dead now.

Cant think any old player is sad over at the death of docks.
Even if its worse and harder, anything but docks >:'(
+1 for endless dungeon with progressive increase in difficulty per level.

The endless dungeon concept in and of itself is enough of an endgame to keep people enthralled for ages. It would keep the gameplay fresh due to the randomly generated maps, and it would also add a competitive aspect to the endgame for max level players; I can already imagine the "I got to DLevel XX! Who can beat my record!?" threads popping up on these forums.

On topic, though, I agree on Lunaris Temple being reverted to its pre-release level range. The new area level range should have been raised and the map system levels should have been modified to compensate.

The "nerfs" in this patch are in response to the rest of the rebalance and so that many builds are simultaneously viable. You can't complain that there are only seven good builds and then complain when we balancing the power level :P

wtf.... .. okay, so i stopped playing after 1.0 (pissed about passive tree changes) so i didnt see any of the new places ...

WTF!!! ... i had assumed that lunaris would stay 68, and the new place go higher, into 70s...
OBVIOUS

..
aaanndd... seeing how that tower is so big looking, i was really hoping... and EXPECTING! that that tower Would Be a sort of "endless dungeon"... or .. really big dungeon..

how big is it??? .. i wouldnt know yet...

is it at least like .. 6-8 levels tall??? ..

release is a total fail... fuck this game.. lool

ExP past 80 is a joke and still very hard to get now with lunaris being dropped in lvl its just as it was before trying to get xp

None of the new areas FLOW very well to be good farming spots they just dont mesh like lunaris did for a good clear run through

and still we are left with high end maps being the big Xp/money makers.... But you have to already be rich to run high lvl maps.... Dafuq?

as has been said it seemed like the logical conclusion that Lunaris would stay 68 and the new areas would be 69/70/71 the change wasn't even in the patch notes AFAIK

was kinda pissed when i logged in to find the change tbh.

Signed!

I loved lunaris level 2 at 67 and Lunaris level 3 at 68. It was a nice sized dungeon and decent exp. They messed with it.

Scepter of God should have been in the 70s.

Just do maps. You get them like candy anyway. At 76 I have like 40 something maps and I haven't even done a single map yet.
@Aelloon
Do maps, do Library + Archives with two reallly easy to farm Unique Monsters.
+1 I think you should have some high lvl farming areas (sceptre->lvl 70+) or sth like endless dungeon. The map system itself is a good idea but its badly implemented. The map drops should be less rng so it is easier to sustain a high lvl pool without sinking tons of currency into it (atleast in the lower lvl maps). To counter the higher farming ares that would make lowlvl maps obsolete, you could lower the exp penalty in maps compared to non map areas of the same lvl and introduce 80+ maps. So you can either farm lvl70 areas or put some currency into maps to lvl faster with a lvl80+ pool. Reaching the maxlvl will still be hard as intended. And you will have to increase maxlvl if you want to introduce higher lvl areas with act4+...
