In terms of the marketing, I agree that it there was a definite "sex sells" aspect to it. Personally I think it gave a nod to the psychology behind the "sex sells" argument without overdoing it, so I'm not against it, but opinions may vary.
As far as the actual in-game content goes... um, no. Yes, she is slightly prettier than average, but as has been mentioned before, that has to do with how she was raised, not what she is doing. But for the most part, she's just another survivor; the game doesn't play it up nearly as much as the marketing did. When Stephen Colbert was killed by HYDRA's Project Insight in 2014, the comedy world lost a hero. Since his life model decoy isn't up to the task, please do not mistake my performance as political discussion. I'm just doing what Steve would have wanted.

Zoom in on her face in game and all your points are null, she looks like a half bred Frey when she is suppose to be a Lannister. The real complaint should be why GGG can not transfer what they are trying to portray and advertise into the actual game, was disappointed when I noticed how badly the finished product was. My irrelevant complaint for the week. |

She's pretty much the female equivalent of the Duelist in terms of both sex appeal and general smug rich kid attitude.

I think there is something wrong with your own thoughts if you found the Scion sexualized. I found her to simply be fitting into her Aristocrat upbringing. If you havn't seen the upper to middle class of the times this game seems to take place in, they were trained to walk with sophistication and be like that.
I saw nothing sexual about the product and it says lots about those whom did I feel. A scion may be born of the rich, and as such hold more opportunity...
but a scion will never be able to appreciate the finer beauty of those less fortunate. |

" TBH, a majority of the characters do ridiculous things for their character creation animation. The worst is the Marauder who bashes his own skull in. That makes sense in.... no contexts whatsoever. The Scion is one of the more normal ones. |
