Pretty bad review, not covering missing many pros and not covering cons to a respectable extent. This review really lacks in both directions and is shallow at best.
yeah, reading the difficulty complaints, it was pretty clear he never made it further than normal

Well that's like your opinion man. I think the game deserves a 10/10, and it doesn't detract from the fact that Eurogamer's review is an obsolete review which they only updated the date on.

honestly, I wouldn't mind the 7/10 if it had been a decent review that showed the reviewer played more than Normal, as it is, it's like 7/10 for a third of the game content

This. 7/10 is a decent score, but the review is just shallow as fuck.

Maybe the reviewer, like many others here, just didn't suffer from any noticable desync..?
Regardless, the last paragraph says a lot more than the 7/10 score:
"...I can say I've had many, many hours of fun in a game that still has much more to show me and which all of us, right now, can play for nothing at all. We're being spoiled."
