1.0 Nerfs = Less Players

There are way more people playing since 1.0 than even Open Beta launch day.

The same typical whiners and trolls have been around for a while now, learn their names and learn to ignore their posts and opinions.

It has been 24 hours and I have tried literally everything I had already tried before! Nothing works!!111

I seen more people online on List yesterday, than i have for over a year. Also, according to GGG, they had more users yesterday, than OB release by a considerable amount. It would seems your assumptions are a little out of sync...

you cannot really say people quitting because of 1 singel patch, they already told they will do plenty new patches every 2 weeks...

And by giving up after 1 patch i do wonder, were this game for you? :)

Some of my friends who returned did so because of Fusing-buffs. They said they quit OB because they burned all their wealth on crafting with no good results.

Some others on my friend list were those who liked the game because they ran powerful popular builds that payed off for them. They also stayed to find new OP builds.

I detest those popular builds so I stayed for one day when they would be nerfed and I can stand (nearly) as equal. With 1.0 the day has come.

Also I experience lots of newbies coming in. Probably because of the marketing actions of these last few weeks (i.e Steam)

More people playing for sure. I hope most are not getting the crash at Sceptre that are plaguing quite a few.

some people cannot handle change no matter what. I've seen it many times. As a game goes from beta to full release, they didn't expect change?

my friends list has 20 playing right now, and just 5 offline, whereas prior to patch there were 2 active friends :)

Do we really need a 5+ page thread to agree on the conclusion that OP's personal observation is not reflective of the entire community?

I can't understand why this 'squeakiest wheel gets the grease' forum system is still so common. Need a reddit-style upvote/downvote system to replace this shitty system. The more absurd and over the top the first post is, the more popular the thread. It's like political news radio/tv. Disgusting.
