How about all players just start reporting everyone for anything they even "THINK" might be a TOU violation. Then I wonder if support could handle all the complaints.

The thing I find amusing is how sellers believe they should be catered to, which is the exact opposite of how any type of trading works. I'll buy from the next person, the person who wants to sell.
Unless you have a mirror worthy item, news flash, nobody gives a shit about buying from you. Someone else has the same item, with a buyout. I'll pay the buy-out, even if it's high, because I don't trade with people who try to get people to over bid on items by purposefully leaving out well established buy out prices. the 'human interaction' and 'player v player tension' from the OP is the exact reason why anonymous and troll-free AH is better than this current trade system that is based on scamming, trolling and outright rmt/jsp. inb4 4chan guys decide to do this to ALL of us someday.

I think you missed the point where GGG does set up the rules and if you are not satisfied with them better write support@grindinggear.com with reasonable arguments instead arguing with strangers on the internet. :D |

This is why I only buy things with a specific b/o, I don't even bother with people who posts their items and ask for an "offer". They will probably make you wait a few days or weeks before they decide to sell it or not. Just a waste of time IMO.
