It took 3 to come to that conclusion?

It's simple, really. If you're selling something and don't want lowball offers, PUT THE C/O or A B/O. That way, people will have an Idea of how much it currently costs(C/o) and how much you want for the particular item AT MOST(B/O).
It's not the buyer's fault if he offers an amount way lower than what you think is your B/O if you can't even put the effort to put it out there. It just goes to show that you're just waiting for someone ignorant to offer WAY more than what you think it's worth (Which is, in all cases, should be lower than your B/O). SELLERS SHOULD SET THE PRICE RANGE BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONES WHO HAVE THE ITEM.
There will always be other people who will sell the same items as you are, we can ignore you if we can't afford the C/O / B/O. The fault is in the seller, the customer is always right.

Honestly, I'm fed up of this trade system. It's really worse than in real life, where trader and seller at least don't act like a dick. Imagine how would it like in real life.
Job interview:
HR: So how much would you like to earn?
You: 5k $ / month
HR: Ok wait a second, I need to speak with my boss
after 50 minutes
phone rings
HR: Hold on I'm coming
after 1 hour
HR: Almost there
after next hour
HR: Sorry there is no job at all, you have been trolled heheheHUEHEUEHUEHHUHEUHEUEHUEHUEHHUEHHADHURHUIEHUHEAUHWUHEUHAEUIAHEIUHEIQAHEIHHODORO
Yep so funny, that trolling hihi hehe, I'm so high I trolled you hehehehe hihihi.
i never ever deny a trade/sale.. thats just rude... usually the other party flips out and calls me names
btw you example is a fail
you show up under qualified for a position, they listen to you and say ok we will give you a call... you can be waiting for that call all year... well guess what!
and thats what you have to realise is wrong, you just say "ok" then you let it keep going for hours without saying sorry no to low offer, and thats what i Point out proves to be seen as a type of harrasment when you keep giving the hopes to the player, when you dont even plan 2 sell it to him, and if you did this to me i would have reported it, thanks god im not using trading channel. :)

Just a word of caution here:
sellers are free to set 'high' prices for their goods, likewise buyers are just as free to offer 'low' payment for the same item. Singling out one side or the other for peer harassment could constitute a breach of the terms of use.
If you don't like someones offer just say 'no thanks' and move on.
that doesn't make any sense what so ever.
sorry. i would not support a hitler run company if you truly pulled something like this and took action against a player like the OP.

GGG is just trying to steer the community toward a direction to where everyone is polite all the time, a land with no trolls, and people are cheerful and helpful - always.
The problem is this community wagon doesn't have power steering and its not easy to steer, and if it hits a rough stretch the steering wheel might go the other way. Just saying.

no i think he meant "Singling out one side or the other for peer harassment" is harassment.
Anyways OP, its your fault for typing make a offer. no one else, just yours.
