Mana Shield Info

Muraders and Duelists have 4 -5% Mana reserve passives in that corner of the skill tree. That gives them -20% mana reserve + Reduced mana Gem + maybe alphas Howl. They are looking at a 50% reduction in mana reserve from determination and purity. So While it would be very Difficult to pull Off I now understand why the Key Stone was put where it was. In theory If any classes can pull this off and stack Auras besides a Scion only Duelsts and Maras can.


Also Maras and Duelest have the most Armor and Physical Damange mitagation nodes. So these 2 classes will take significantly less damage than a witch takes. Making it so Less mana is consumed from the passive when they get hit. I know as a witch you are thinking you are better off. No you are not becasue you lack good armor when you take 30% of damage to mana it will be massive compared to a duelest.

Assuming this is going to stay this is how a Mara or a Duelest may be ably to pull this off and stack Auras.

I'm wondering about this.

Aegis aura could be really strong with a Mana Shield Eldritch Battery build. Aegis Aura Replenishes Energy Shield by 4% of Armour when you Block. Asuming that Converting all Energy Shield to Mana the shiled would then replenish mana by 4$ of Armor when you block.

Lets say you had 15,000 Armor / 100 (4)=600 Mana per block.

With Mana Shield 30% of damage taken to life goes to mana. So most monsters dont hit that hard. 600*3=1800 dammage on a hit this would be like one of koles attacks.
