If it really turns out to be the unused character model for the new class,

Right, but nowhere in your article does it say that the information is coming from GGG. It just states the information.
EDIT: Compare to this article: http://www.incgamers.com/2013/09/total-war-rome-2-patch-1-now-live-patch-2-beta-monday Even without the direct quote at the end, it clearly states right away that the information is coming from Creative Assembly and not just the writer's head, or a napkin they found with cryptic notes on it, etc... I said I wasn't talking about the quote. To be more specific I'm talking something like this statement from that article:
