How to stop Razer footprints (without mods)

There will be more marketing tie-ins like this. We should just get used to ignoring the ugly effects and mocking anyone who uses them.
If my friends decide to mess with me by turning on the green feet, I'll have to blind them with all my high-contrast special effects. Less complaining on forums to GGG about what is afoot, and more pressuring the people who are actually polluting your game. |

There are far more important things we (as players/supporters) can be talking about that actually relate to the game. Regardless of if your for or against the mtx, at the end of the day: it doesn't matter. It doesn't affect the gameplay, it doesn't affect the storyline, it doesn't affect PoE at all... the only thing it affects is the sensibilities of certain ppl and this is completely irrelevant (sorry peeps, it just doesn't matter). Grow a thicker skin, or play another game, or do the right thing and just let it go. The ONLY thing that should matter is the success of GGG. If this helps them, I'm okay with it. This isn't CB anymore, this isn't 2007/8, and it isn't "our" game... but I can see how some think it is, considering how open GGG has been over the last 3 years and how they've welcomed all of our suggestions/opinions with open arms... perhaps it made us feel "more important" than we actually are. If this were Blizzard they'd tell us to stick it where the sun doesn't shine. GGG hasn't done that, but even if they did... if we wanted to play "their" game, we'd have to bite the bullet. if someone out there wants to support GGG with the millions and millions of dollars it takes every year to run the company... and tell them to remove any ads, and forego any in the future: many of us would welcome it. But until this happens: Feel free to run around in your razer footprints. my 2 cents...which is worthless |

Crafting doesn't exist in POE. Gambling does...and the house always wins.

Since approximately 99.9% of the players don't give a shit about this, you probably won't be able to stop anything. Get over it.
GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.

If you have a problem then dont party with anyone that uses it. PROBLEM SOLVED.
Same way some people ask me to switch from Ice shot to LA because their computer is shit, they lag alot and i dont mind doing so. Be polite, be respectful. Seriously people are just being a bunch of cry baby little bitch ass pussys. You have a problem with GGG then quit the game. Simple as that. This feature does not make your game play better or worse. There are no valid arguments against this effect. It does not lag anyone, it does not crash anyones game, it does not create any glitches, it does not make it any harder or easier to kill monsters and so on. Its GGGs game, if they want to accept developing money from a company in exchange for some advertisement, so be it. Their game. Who knows? maybe they will use that money towards fixing real problems with the game. |
